Job Description
HELICAL DRILLING, Inc's, Ground Improvement Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction GEOTECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER to join our estimating/sales/management team. (
MUST live within driving distance of Braintree Massachusetts for our hybrid schedule).
Are you interested in a dynamic and challenging career in Ground Improvement, including Geopier® technologies, Rigid Inclusions, Rapid Impact Compaction, and Vibratory Probe Compaction? Ideal candidates MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years of management experience in GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING and/or GEOTECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION with an MS in civil engineering (GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING focus).
- Need to live in a commuting radius of Braintree Mass, as this is a hybrid position. Monday, Tuesday, and Friday are work from home days, Wednesday and Thursday are office days.
- Need to have experience working with GC’s, Consultants and Owners building relationships for business development.
- Must be Confident and able to juggle 50-60 jobs in various stages from early estimating to final proposal and or negotiation. (we have construction PM’s who focus on the build).
- Need great follow up, people, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable attending industry events and possibly giving lunch and learns for business development.
- Preferably have your PE
- Preferably have your Masters Degree with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering
