Without the registration of a Jobs by email or a CEEcareers account you may use all Services that are available on our website without registration. Particularly you can browse jobs that are published on our website.
7. JOB ALERTS
You can subscribe to a Job alerts through our Platforms. That means you will then regularly receive job alerts about listings which match your criteria.
8. LIMITS
All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed. We will not be liable to you for any incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind that may result from use of or inability to use the site.
9. NOTICE AND TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We or the user may terminate use of the Service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. We shall not be liable to users or any third party for termination of the service. Upon termination, user's right to use the service and the related software ceases immediately.
10. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At CEEcareers.com, we provide job posting services, employer sponsorships, and advertising opportunities to connect companies with professionals in the civil and environmental engineering industries. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before purchasing any service.
1. Job Posting, Employer Subscription & Advertising Payments
- All job postings, employer subscriptions, and advertising services must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Payments cover the agreed-upon posting duration, subscription period, or advertising placement and are non-transferable.
2. Unused Job Posting Credits
- Job posting credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
- If an employer requests a refund for unused credits, a refund will be issued, and the corresponding credits will be removed from their account.
- Once credits have been used to post a job, they cannot be refunded.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Job postings and employer subscriptions are non-refundable once a listing has been published.
- If an employer cancels a subscription before the end of the billing cycle, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
- Sponsorships and advertising services may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a partial refund, provided that no promotional benefits have been used.
- After 30 days all payments are non-refundable, as advertising placements or sponsorship benefits may have already been activated.
4. Modifications & Upgrades
- Employers may request to upgrade their job posting package or sponsorship level at any time by paying the difference in fees.
- Downgrades are only possible at the time of renewal and do not qualify for partial refunds.
5. Refunds & Special Cases
- Refunds are not available once a job post, employer subscription, or advertising service has been activated.
- In the rare case that CEEcareers.com is unable to fulfill a paid service due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
