Title: Seeking an Experienced Preconstruction Manager for a Utility Scale Solar Project in Minnesota
Introductory Paragraph: Our client, a leading utility-scale solar self-performing EPC, is currently seeking an experienced preconstruction manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling bids and managing the overall bid process for this exciting renewable energy project located in Minnesota.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Bid Manager within the renewables sector
- Self-performing EPC experience
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have expertise across all aspects of bidding including but not limited to estimating costs; preparing proposals; coordinating with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers;
Additionally responsibilities include:
-Monitoring progress throughout each phase of development;
-Managing budgets effectively while ensuring timelines are met.
-Coordinating closely with other teams such as Engineering & Procurement Team (EPT) on design optimization,
-Collaborate extensively during planning phases ensure success execution.
