My client is a leading National Firm specializing in transportation engineering solutions, committed to delivering transformative projects in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area.Job Description:The National Firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Transportation Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation engineering and a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.Responsibilities:
- Manage transportation projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, planners, and clients to define project requirements.
- Conduct project assessments and risk evaluations.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in transportation engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan preferred.
- Proficiency in MicroStation or Open Roads
- Strong understanding of transportation engineering principles and regulations.
