Job Description

  We are representing an established multi-disciplinary firm, based in across the US, who are looking to grow their Geotechnical team. With this they are hiring a Geotechnical Project Manager who has the ambition to grow into a Director position within 3 years!Strong backlog in FDOT, geo-enrivonemental and commercial works for the Orlando Region. Looking for an established operation with Corporate backing for 2024 and beyond!Lead Geotechnical Projects within the Tier 1 EAC space - develop your business development skills and be part of the growth aims for the Orlando region!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct comprehensive field investigations, utilising engineering analyses to provide expert recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with clients to deliver outstanding customer service and strategically plan subsurface investigation programs
  • Assume a leadership role in preparing proposals, cost estimates, and conducting thorough project progress evaluations.
  • Proactively research and address design and construction challenges, leveraging expertise to find effective solutions.
  • Lead the review and evaluation of laboratory or field data, ensuring accurate and relevant information is included in reports.
  • Effectively communicate complex engineering issues and concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration
  • Valid driver's license
  • Self-motivated, reliable, quality-minded, and detail-oriented + ambitious!
