Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTIONOur intern will provide project and administrative support to our Roadways team. Assignments will include data gathering, moderate calculations and analysis for transportation needs and other transportation related documents.  Other tasks may include preparing presentation materials including PowerPoint presentations, graphics and handouts.  Administrative tasks may include filing, organizing paper and electronic project files, assisting with other meeting materials, and providing scheduling support as needed. • Involved with preparation of basic design calculations, plans, and reports.• Support the preparation of design plans, perform basic CAD edits• Prepare design calculations under direction• Support research on marketing opportunities• Support report preparation, written and graphic reports• Ability to interact appropriately with regulatory personnel and clients for routine tasks• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and technical report writing• Highly motivated and capable of working effectively in a team environmentPROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS• Pursuing a Bachelor degree or Masters Degree• Minimum of one year completed coursework• Minimum GPA 3.0The salary range for this position is $15.00- $30.00 hour.   This will be dependent on the location, experience and expertise of the incoming candidate
