Job Summary

Our Bridge team in San Fransisco is seeking a Quality Engineer, Bridge to work on various infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to project’s quality assurance efforts through coordination, liaison, and integration with the project teams.
  • Assist in developing the Quality Management Plans (QMP) for major infrastructure projects.
  • Assist in the implementation of the QMP and Quality Management Procedures (QMPs).
  • Assist in providing training to project staff to ensure adherence to the quality system.
  • Schedule and coordinate management reviews of the QMS to verify effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.
  • Schedule and coordinate regular quality meetings for the program to review status of non-conformance reports and coordination of quality activities.
  • Follow-up and reporting on corrective actions.
  • Attending and/ or facilitating quality meetings and workshops.
  • Maintain the quality management system documents library.
  • Participate and/ or assist in quality assurance audits (external and internal).
  • Assist in producing audit reports.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of proven QA/QC coordination experience in infrastructure engineering projects.
  • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
  • BS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Strong report writing skills, proficiency in MS Word program.
  • Advanced knowledge of database, proficiency in MS Excel program.
