With additional locations in Arizona, Tennessee, California, Canada, Australia, Brazil and Indonesia, there are many opportunities within the company for personal and career growth.We have an open position for a talented Technical Sales & Marketing Manager at our headquarters in New London, NH. This position offers ample opportunity for flexible remote work and travel, as our company policy allows for work from home for up to 4 days per week. Candidates are required to live in Vermont or New HampshireThis position includes managing our Marketing & Sales Group and creating and executing our global strategic marketing initiatives in cooperation with other company leadership. Candidates will require a technology related sales & marketing background and the ability to break down, present and market complex software, electronics and engineering products and services in easy-to-understand ways.Responsibilities Include:

  • Management of Marketing & Sales Group personnel and budgets
  • Creating global marketing strategies in cooperation with company President and COO
  • Planning and budgeting of global Conferences and Exhibitions
  • Planning, budgeting and artwork and messaging guidance for advertising and communications
  • Organizing collateral including data sheets, brochures, and marketing merchandise
  • Conducting client demonstrations and presentations of our products and services, both remote and in person
  • Organizing, writing, and reviewing Proposals, Quotes and Submittals
  • Working with other Group managers on client retention and key account initiatives
  • Working with subject matter experts on whitepapers and case studies
  • Overseeing documentation and both internal and external training programs

Expertise Required:

  • Background in Technical Sales & Marketing
  • Management experience

Expertise Desired:

  • Civil Engineering or related background
  • Geotechnical or Instrumentation experience a plus
