We are looking for talented individuals with 8+ years’ experience who possess the ability to work in our Orlando office, who have management and marketing capabilities, and existing client relationships to work with the team. The candidate must have proven leadership and technical abilities. The successful candidate must be able to perform related design/planning/engineering tasks in the water/wastewater market and develop scope and fee proposals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical execution and oversight of engineering projects, participation in project pursuits, management of technical projects, and mentorship and development of junior staff.

Independently perform and guide others on the completion of water and wastewater projects that may include collection, conveyance, treatment, storage, etc. of public or private facilities.

Experience in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Watercad, Watergems, Hydroflow, KY Pipes, or other similar type industry modeling software.


Minimum 8 years of experience in hydraulics for water/ wastewater engineering, infrastructure, utility hydraulic modeling, stormwater and flood control management.

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Master Degree preferred

Specialized in hydraulic modeling and design of water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and stormwater systems

Have used GIS software, such as ArcGIS and ArcMAP in context of Hydraulic modeling of water and sewer networks

Knowledgeable and experienced in Hydraulic modeling of water supply network and wastewater collection system using the following software:

For water systems: EPANet, InfoWorks (WS Pro), InfoWater, WaterCAD and WaterGEM

For sewer (wastewater) systems: Hydra, SMWW5, H2OMapNet, InfoSewer, SewerCAD, InfoWorks ICM, MikeUrban, SewerGEMS, PCSWMM, InfoSWMM, SP-SWMM

Florida or Indiana Professional Engineer License required or ability to obtain PE License in Florida or Indiana within 6 months from date of hire by reciprocity

Proven successful track record technically

Professional in client management

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to mentor, lead, and direct staff to accomplish strategic goals and objectives

Motivated to grow market share in above areas and expand Water/ Wastewater

Knowledge of CFD software and applications is a plus

Project management preferred

Experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project software
