Enscicon Corporation is seeking a Contracts/Project Manager in Greenwood Village, CO

The Contracts/Project Manager is responsible for establishing organizational results by leveraging the knowledge and contribution of others. The Contracts/Project Manager manages overall project costs, risks and contributes to the overall financial performance during post award.

Monitors and reports on project financial performance and ensures relevant risks and opportunities are reflected in project estimates.

Utilizes analytic and quantitative decision analysis tools and techniques to infer/quantify/ estimate financial implications of risk and alternative reward and trade-off decisions.

Forecasts, budgets, monthly and annual project cost reports.

Reviews cost models and assumptions to ensure consistency with requirements of RFP/contract.

Supports billing and payments are maintained.

Assistants with cost estimates for new contracts

Quantifies values and supports claims orders for additional costs received from subcontractors/suppliers/vendors.

Manages bonding, letter of credit and insurance requirements for the project

Contract management affecting deliverability, compliance and overall financial performance from initial pursuit to project closeout.

Manages, reviews and negotiates business deals, change orders, and contract extensions

Reviews contract for accuracy and compliance.

Provides guidance and negotiation skills and delivery on subcontracts and OEM. Manages major subcontract change orders, issues and disputes.

Engages with project controls to monitor schedule and liquidated damages for prime and subcontracts


Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

10 plus years experience (OEM, EPC or Mining)

Proficient in Microsoft Package, Adobe and SAP softwares

Working Knowledge of Legal terminology/jargon, tax information, customs/brokerage as well as finance, accounting and controlling.

25% Travel Required
