We are seeking a talented Project Manager with a Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Design focus to join our engineering services team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an opportunity to leverage your local knowledge and be involved in challenging projects that will offer an opportunity to provide technical solutions as a subject matter expert.
Our Phoenix office is also in a great location in the Biltmore/Camelback Corridor area, with easy access to the Piestewa Freeway (SR51), and a short walk or drive to nearby restaurants. The office is staffed by a team of 40+ professionals who enjoy the diversity of their projects and the camaraderie of their co-workers. As a Project Manager, you will manage design services while supporting business development, providing client support, and managing individual engineering projects. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, business development, project management, and technical engineering skills. We are seeking self-motivated and active networkers who value building credible relationships with clients and the community.

In this role your responsibilities will include:
Leading the planning, design and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Developing technical reports and proposals
Providing mentorship and development advice to junior level staff
Interfacing with clients for planning purposes, providing updates and building positive relationships
Deliver exceptional client service that exceeds expectations
Lead technical proposal preparation efforts along with delivering client interviews
Ideally we’re looking for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree a plus
Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Arizona
10 years of experience working on municipal water/wastewater infrastructure projects
Strong project management skills
Previous consulting experience strongly desired
Ability to maintain and build exceptional client relationships
Able and willing to travel to client sites as needed
