Job Description

At Draper Aden Associates, Lasting Positive Impact™ is more than a slogan, it represents and embodies our core culture and belief that each day gives us an opportunity to leave our mark on the world. With more than 45 years of experience providing civil, environmental, geotechnical, solid waste, and structural engineering, surveying and subsurface utility engineering, site planning and engineering, and construction inspection services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, we are more than just a set of plans; we are a way to achieve.

Draper Aden Associates’ aspirations and capabilities are growing every day. Whether it involves the creation of a water distribution system for an under-served community; restoration and reclamation of an environmentally degraded site; preservation of precious natural resources; sensible development of new communities; or helping to weave the campus fabric of the institutions where the next generations will learn, what we do together today can be looked back upon with pride tomorrow. We invite you to join us on our quest to make a Lasting Positive Impact on our clients, employees, and communities by securing a spot in Draper Aden Associates’ 2019 Summer Internship Program. Draper Aden interns help our private and municipal clients succeed by working on a variety of projects.

Draper Aden’s internship program is designed to help our valued interns expand their industry knowledge outside of the classroom. The hands-on, real-world experiences that interns encounter during the program enables them to explore potential careers, gain valuable job experience, make key contacts and hopefully peak interest enough for our interns to join the Draper Aden team after graduation. Please take the opportunity to come grow with us!
