We are seeking a talented Structural or Construction Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer for our Phoenix office. This individual will represent TT as the Phoenix office expands into a wider market. This person will be expected to have face-to-face interactions with existing clients and there will be an emphasis on the development of relationships with new clients in the area. As our Phoenix office continues to expand, there is great potential for upward mobility and career development within this exciting new role.
Assist in the direction, coordination, planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
Plan and formulate engineering program and organize project staff according to project requirements.
Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes
Manage other design team members and supervise the work of engineers and draft persons.
Directs project staff in preparing contract documents, such as drawings and specifications.
Participate in the development of new clients in the Phoenix area
Analysis and design related to Crane, Heavy Lift, and Erection Planning (CHLEP)
Degree (Master’s preferred) in structural engineering or related field.
Strong technical skills.
Working knowledge of current industry software, including SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, Risa3-D, PCA Software, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PE and/or SE license.
