After analyzing the Civil, Environmental and Construction Industry data from CEEcareers.com, we are now able to show you the hottest places with the highest demand for CEE jobs in 2016. Civil engineers are sought throughout the country, and especially the west and southeastern states.

So here it is! We present you the best places to find a CEE job according to our 2016 statistics data.

The East seem to concentrate many CEE career opportunities where Virginia concentrates 4,63% and Pennsylvania 5.68% of total jobs. It is worth mentioning that Pennsylvania had a 3% drop, on total jobs, compared to 2015 (8.84%).

Some of the flashiest jobs in CEE positions can be found in Texas and NY where almost 6.5% of 2016 available positions were posted on each state. That sets both states as the third hottest place in US to look for a CEE job.

The second hottest state is located at the Southeastern US. Florida is a hotspot with a 7,67% of total job openings.

For second year in a row, the best place for a Civil, Environmental and Construction engineer by far to look for a job is in the West coast. California, with 11.87% of total jobs posted seems to concentrate the best opportunities!
